เงื่อนไขการจอง
1. ท่านจะได้รับใบวางบิลที่จะส่งกลับมายังอีเมลของท่าน เมื่อท่านได้สำรองบ้านพัก
2. กรุณาชำระค่าที่พัก 50% ตามใบวางบิล ใบวางบิลมีกำหนดการชำระ 3 วัน บ้านที่สำรองไว้ อาจถูกยกเลิกหากใบวางบิลไม่ได้รับการชำระเงิน โดยเราขอ
สงวนสิทธิ์การแจ้งล่วงหน้า

การยกเลิกการจอง
1. ยกเลิกก่อนการเข้าพัก 14 วัน จะได้รับเงินจองคืนเต็มจำนวน
2. ยกเลิกก่อนการเข้าพักต่ำกว่า 14 วันหรือไม่มาเข้าพัก ไม่มีการคืนเงินจอง

Conditions
1. Please note that you are required to make a payment 50% within 3 days upon receiving the invoice which will issued to your email shortly you have made a reservation.
2. Any reservation that fails to complete the invoice within three days will automatically be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
1. No charge for cancellation before 14 days of check- in date
2. Full amount of charge for no show or cancellation after 14 days of check- in date
